I don't push, pull, goad, cajole or scare you. I respect your pace -- how fast or slow you make changes is up to you. I respect your autonomy and your authority to make or not make decisions about your life. I help you see the choices available to you and the obstacles in your way. Together we come up with a plan to move you forward.
